Delete a MogU account
MogU: Glow Up users can permanently delete their account and associated App data from the iOS or Android App. If you cannot access the App, you can submit a deletion request by email.

Delete your account in the App
- Open MogU and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Review and complete both confirmation steps.
The App sends an authenticated deletion request for the signed-in account. On success, it deletes the Supabase authentication account and associated server data described below and clears MogU data stored locally by the App on that device.
Request deletion without the App
If you cannot access the App, email MogU support and state that you want to delete your MogU: Glow Up account. Include a safe way to identify the account, such as the email address or sign-in provider associated with it. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request belongs to the correct account.
Do not send a password, authentication code, access token, full receipt, payment-card information, Google Play purchase token, or an unredacted selfie.
Data deleted
Deleting your MogU account deletes the authentication account and server data directly tied to it, including active scan retry records, share-unlock progress, Studio allowance and generation-reservation records, unused weekly-to-yearly upgrade credits, and account-linked completed scan and Studio responses in MogU’s temporary retry cache.
When deletion is completed in the App, MogU also clears data stored locally by the App on that device, including:
- Scan history, downscaled selfie thumbnails, scores, face-shape results, and AI-generated observations.
- Plan answers, generated plans, task-completion state, and preferences.
- The selected Studio source photo, generated Studio photos, and legacy Vibe portraits from older versions.
- Photo-processing consent choices, local account identifiers, cached subscription state, and unused local consumable passes.
MogU cannot remotely erase local copies left on another device. Clear MogU’s App data or uninstall the App on any other device where you want those local copies removed.
Limited data that may be retained
Some limited records may remain only for as long as reasonably necessary for billing, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or fraud and abuse prevention:
- Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, and MogU may retain subscription and transaction records under their legal, accounting, support, and fraud-prevention requirements.
- MogU may retain a non-reversible hashed record showing that a consumable Studio Photo Pass was already used so the same purchase cannot be replayed after deletion. This ledger does not store the raw store transaction identifier or Google Play purchase token.
- Support messages and deletion-request correspondence may be retained as needed to complete the request, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.
- Service providers may retain security, operational, backup, or legal-compliance logs under their own retention policies.
Full-size uploaded selfies are not intentionally stored in MogU’s application database. For more information about processing and retention, read the MogU Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Deleting a MogU account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel through the provider that billed you:
- Apple: iPhone or iPad Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → MogU.
- Google Play: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MogU, or use Google Play subscriptions on the web.
- Web billing: use the MogU web subscription management link shown in the App or in your purchase receipt.
