Terms of Service

These terms govern the MogU: Glow Up mobile app, access to the MogU Creator Portal, and participation in MogU creator campaigns.

Effective and last updated: August 26, 2026

Part I — MogU: Glow Up mobile app

1. Agreement and the App

MogU: Glow Up (“MogU,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Azim Qudrat. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MogU is an AI-assisted glow-up, appearance-tracking, and general-wellness app. It may let you take or upload front and side selfies, receive AI-generated scores and visual observations, track changes across scans, save local scan history, build a personalized weekly plan, browse personalized Vibe rankings, create Studio photos, set calorie and macro targets, log meals and weigh-ins, request meal estimates or nutrition-database results in Fuel, access paid features, and share App content.

2. No medical or professional advice

The App is for informational, entertainment, self-improvement, and general wellness-style use only. It does not provide medical, dermatological, psychological, nutritional, fitness, legal, or other professional advice.

AI-generated scores, face-shape categories, routines, observations, recommendations, meal identifications, portion sizes, nutrition values, calorie and macro targets, goal-weight dates, and other calculations are estimates. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by the information you enter, database coverage, preparation method, serving size, lighting, angle, camera quality, pose, grooming, styling, and other conditions. They are not objective measurements of your worth, attractiveness, health, identity, or future outcomes.

Do not use MogU to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any medical, skin, mental-health, eating, nutrition, body-image, or other health condition. Do not rely on Fuel to make clinical nutrition, weight-management, or eating-disorder decisions. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, nutrition, weight, or eating behavior, contact a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the App if prohibited by applicable law.

The App may support Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google and may use Supabase for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party account and device used to sign in and for providing accurate information.

4. Photos, user content, and AI processing

You are responsible for photos, images, meal descriptions and corrections, messages, support requests, and other content you submit. Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have clear permission to use. Do not upload explicit, illegal, hateful, threatening, infringing, or non-consensual content, and do not use MogU to harass, shame, impersonate, exploit, or harm anyone.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant MogU a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, resize, analyze, display, and temporarily store it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the App and comply with law.

When you start a remote AI scan or Studio photo request after the consent prompt, you authorize MogU, Supabase, Google Gemini, and applicable service providers to process the submitted images and related context for the requested feature. When you request a personalized weekly plan after its disclosure, the App sends your latest scan scores and the age, height, weight, time, and routine preferences you enter as text context; it does not send selfie pixels with the plan request. If you request an AI meal estimate or correction, the App sends the needed meal description, prior estimate, correction, or downscaled meal photo through our authenticated endpoint to Google Gemini. Barcode and typed food searches instead use Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central, respectively.

By starting an AI scan, Studio image generation, or meal-photo estimate after the applicable consent prompt, by submitting a meal description or correction, or by requesting a personalized plan after its disclosure, you authorize MogU and its service providers to process the submitted data for that requested feature. AI outputs are not guarantees, facts, medical findings, or biometric identification.

On Android, the App may separately use Google MediaPipe on-device to detect facial-landmark geometry solely for the live camera guide and animated scan trace. Live camera frames and landmark coordinates used by this local feature are transient and are not retained or uploaded to MogU’s servers. This local step is not face recognition, does not identify you, and does not create or retain a biometric template. MediaPipe does not send the input image to Google for this processing, but its SDK may send performance and utilization metrics and contact Google for bug fixes, model updates, and hardware compatibility.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features, including Fuel, may require a paid subscription. MogU Pro includes one Studio photo during each rolling seven-day period; that Studio cooldown begins when the included photo is successfully generated. Completed scans are also subject to their normal seven-day schedule.

MogU may also offer Apple App Store- or Google Play-billed consumables: an Early Scan Pass, available after Pro or referral scan-results access is confirmed, that unlocks one scan before the normal scan cooldown ends; and a Studio Photo Pass that unlocks one additional Studio photo. On iOS, MogU may also offer an Apple-billed 50 AI Meal Requests pack for active MogU Pro members. A pass or pack does not renew or grant a subscription. The scan and photo passes are used only after the corresponding scan or photo completes successfully. An unused Early Scan Pass is kept on the installation that received it and can be lost if local App data is deleted. Studio Photo Pass availability and spending are reconciled server-side against verified purchase history so an unspent pass can be recognized for the signed-in account and an already spent transaction cannot be replayed. Consumables are not restored through StoreKit or Google Play in the same manner as subscriptions.

Active MogU Pro includes 20 successful AI meal requests per server day, resetting at midnight UTC. Photo estimates, descriptions, retries, and AI corrections use requests; manual nutrition edits, repeated saved meals, barcode lookups, and USDA food searches do not. After the included allowance is used, the optional 50 AI Meal Requests pack adds 50 non-expiring requests. Its server-metered balance is used only after the daily allowance, remains recorded if Pro lapses, and becomes usable again when Pro is active. A known failed or abandoned estimate reservation is returned, and an identical retry does not spend twice. The App may temporarily block a request while it verifies a purchase or an earlier estimate is still in progress. If Apple refunds a pack, unspent requests from that transaction are removed; a verified refund reversal restores the remaining balance. StoreKit does not provide a normal Restore Purchases flow for consumables, so recognition depends on RevenueCat’s verified purchase history and MogU’s server ledger.

When MogU displays a weekly-to-yearly subscription-upgrade benefit and Apple or Google Play successfully completes an eligible upgrade, the verified transaction adds one bonus scan and one bonus Studio photo. The bonuses are additive: they do not consume, replace, or postpone the normal seven-day allowances, so an unused normal allowance and its corresponding bonus may both be available. The scan bonus is bound to the installation that claims the verified upgrade; the Studio bonus is metered server-side for the signed-in account. Each benefit may be granted only once per verified upgrade transaction, has no cash value, and is not transferable.

Depending on your platform, location, and what MogU makes available, a purchase may be offered through Apple’s App Store, Google Play Billing, or a Stripe-hosted web checkout synchronized with RevenueCat. Digital subscriptions and consumables offered inside the Android App use Google Play Billing. The checkout shows the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, trial or discount terms, taxes, and cancellation information before you confirm payment. Web checkout requires a MogU account so the purchase can be associated with you and restored.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled as described in the checkout. Apple-billed subscriptions must be managed in your Apple account subscription settings, Google Play-billed subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings, and web-billed subscriptions through the web billing portal or management link provided by RevenueCat or Stripe. Deleting the App or your MogU account does not cancel a subscription.

We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status, consumable purchase completion, and paid entitlements. Apple handles App Store billing, including any Early Scan Pass, Studio Photo Pass, and 50 AI Meal Requests pack offered on iOS. Google handles Google Play billing, including any Early Scan Pass and Studio Photo Pass offered on Android. For web purchases, MogU’s authenticated backend creates a Stripe Checkout Session, Stripe processes the payment, and RevenueCat synchronizes the entitlement. MogU does not receive your full payment card number.

Refund requests are handled under the policies of the provider that billed you. Apple handles App Store refund requests, Google handles Google Play refund requests, and web purchase questions should be directed to support@getmogu.app or the web billing provider. We cannot guarantee a refund except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not bypass security, quotas, paywalls, or access controls; reverse engineer, scrape, overload, automate, or interfere with the App or its systems; use the App for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity; misrepresent AI outputs as professional advice or objective findings; or copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App except as permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

The App, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by MogU or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms provide only the limited right to use the App as permitted here and by the applicable app marketplace’s rules.

The App uses services including Apple, Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google MediaPipe, Google Gemini, Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, AppsFlyer, PostHog, Open Food Facts, and USDA FoodData Central. Open Food Facts product data is provided under its applicable open-database terms, and its availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. MogU is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or decisions except where required by law.

8. App marketplace terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s App Store terms, purchase rules, and standard end-user license agreement may also apply. Apple is not responsible for App maintenance or support except as required by law. Apple’s rules control any conflict concerning App Store billing, downloads, refunds, or device usage.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms, purchase rules, and policies may also apply. Google is not responsible for App maintenance or support except as required by law. Google Play’s rules control any conflict concerning Google Play billing, downloads, refunds, or device usage.

9. Changes and termination

MogU may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue App features, scoring methods, AI models, subscription offerings, prices, or availability. You may stop using the App at any time. MogU may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, risk, or unlawful activity. Termination does not automatically cancel an active Apple, Google Play, or web subscription; cancel through the applicable store subscription settings or web billing management link.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogU disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. MogU does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any appearance, wellness, social, financial, or other outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits, data, goodwill, personal dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or similar damages related to App use. MogU’s total liability for App-related claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity, governing law, and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MogU harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, misuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights, and any court or venue will be determined under applicable law.

MogU may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Part II — Creator Portal and creator program

The following additional terms apply when you access the Creator Portal or participate in a MogU creator campaign.

Creator 1. Agreement

The MogU Creator Portal and creator program are operated by Azim Qudrat. By accessing the Portal or participating in a MogU creator campaign, you agree to these Creator Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal or submit content.

Individual offers, campaign briefs, written approvals, and payout schedules may include additional terms. If a campaign-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the campaign-specific term controls for that campaign.

Creator 2. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must meet the minimum-age requirements of every social platform you connect.
  • If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, give any consent required by law, and supervise your participation. The parent or guardian is responsible for your participation and payout arrangements.
  • You must provide accurate information and control each Discord, TikTok, Instagram, payment, or other account you connect or submit.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for activity performed through your Portal session.
  • You may not transfer, sell, or share a Portal account or impersonate another person.
  • Participation may be limited by location, platform eligibility, audience requirements, or campaign capacity.

Creator 3. Social-account connections

You may authorize MogU to access permitted profile, media, and performance information from connected platforms. You remain subject to each platform’s own terms and policies. MogU is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or their affiliates.

Instagram API features require an eligible Professional Creator or Business account. Account ownership and public post metrics may be verified through official APIs when available, but TikTok or Instagram audience demographics may require a physical verification recording and manual review.

Creator 4. Campaign submissions

A submission is eligible only if it complies with the applicable campaign brief, disclosure requirements, posting window, platform rules, and these Terms. Unless a campaign expressly allows otherwise, you represent that:

  • You created or have all necessary rights to the submitted content.
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, music, or other third-party rights.
  • Views and engagement were obtained authentically and were not purchased, automated, manipulated, or fraudulently represented.
  • Required sponsorship, advertising, or branded-content disclosures are clear and accurate.
  • The content is lawful and does not contain deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited material.

Submission does not guarantee approval, payment, reposting, or continued participation.

Creator 5. Who owns my content?

You keep full ownership of your original videos and other content. By submitting content to a MogU campaign, you grant MogU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, store, reproduce, display, distribute, repost, and otherwise use that submitted content for MogU marketing purposes, including promotion of MogU campaigns on MogU-owned channels.

This license does not authorize paid advertising from your identity, account whitelisting, or material edits that change your message unless you separately agree. Third-party platform and music rights remain subject to their applicable terms.

Creator 6. Eligibility, metrics, leaderboards, and earnings

BASIC account eligibility may depend on audience location, recent performance, posting activity, content quality, brand suitability, and other disclosed program requirements. MogU may use platform data and manual review to make eligibility decisions.

Only verified, eligible metrics count toward earnings and leaderboard placement. Platform figures may be delayed, revised, unavailable, or affected by moderation and deletion. MogU may correct calculations when underlying data changes or an error is found.

Displayed or estimated earnings are not final until approved. MogU may withhold or reverse amounts associated with ineligible posts, duplicate submissions, manipulated engagement, policy violations, refunds, errors, or fraud.

Creator 7. Payouts and taxes

You must provide an accurate, supported payout destination and any information reasonably required for compliance. Payout timing, minimums, currency, network, and processing fees may vary by offer and payment method. You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and fees that apply to your creator earnings unless applicable law requires otherwise.

MogU is not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect wallet address, account identifier, or other payout information supplied by you, except to the extent the law does not permit that limitation.

Creator 8. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the Portal, interfere with its security, scrape or reverse engineer it, access another creator’s information, upload malicious code, evade enforcement, submit false information, manipulate metrics, or use the program for unlawful activity. You may not suggest that a platform sponsors or endorses MogU unless expressly authorized.

Creator 9. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating and disconnect social accounts at any time. MogU may reject content, suspend access, remove leaderboard entries, withhold unverified earnings, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary for program integrity, safety, legal compliance, platform compliance, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.

Provisions concerning accrued payment obligations, content rights already exercised, records, disputes, disclaimers, and liability survive as reasonably necessary after termination.

Creator 10. Independent creator relationship

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or joint-venture status. You control how you produce content, subject to campaign requirements, applicable law, and platform policies. You have no authority to bind MogU.

Creator 11. Service availability and disclaimers

The Portal and creator program are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogU disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any minimum earnings, continued BASIC eligibility, continued campaign availability, or the accuracy and availability of third-party platform data.

Creator 12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or platform access arising from the Portal or creator program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Creator 13. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively as the program changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in California, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact MogU support and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Applicable mandatory consumer or creator protections remain unaffected.

Questions about these Terms can be emailed to support@getmogu.app, submitted through the official MogU creator-program Discord support channel, or sent by following the instructions on the Support page.
