Contact MogU support

Email support@getmogu.app for help with the MogU iOS or Android App, subscriptions, account access, scans, the Creator Portal, or privacy and deletion requests.

For App help, include your device model, iOS or Android version, App version and build number from Settings when available, whether you installed from the App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, or an internal test, a concise description of the issue, and screenshots with personal images or account details removed. Never send passwords, authentication codes, full receipts, payment-card information, Google Play purchase tokens, or unredacted selfies.

MogU support will never ask for your Apple or Google password, payment-card number, authentication code, wallet private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.

MogU iOS and Android App help

Account or sign-in

Get help with Sign in with Apple or Google, session access, or restoring an existing account.

Subscription access

Report a completed purchase or restore that does not unlock MogU Pro. Do not email payment-card information.

Scan or Studio

Report a camera-guide, capture, upload, AI analysis, result, cooldown, quota, or generated-photo issue without attaching an identifiable selfie unless support specifically explains a safe way to provide it.

Privacy request

Request access to, correction of, portability of, restriction of, or deletion of App information.

Delete a MogU App account

  1. Open the MogU App and go to Settings.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review and complete both confirmation steps.

The in-app flow deletes the Supabase authentication account and clears local MogU data on that device. If you cannot access the App, use the request instructions on the dedicated Delete a MogU account page. MogU may need to verify that the request belongs to the correct account.

Deleting a MogU account does not cancel an Apple-, Google Play-, or web-managed subscription. Cancel billing separately through the provider that billed you.

Manage a MogU subscription

If Apple billed your subscription, manage or cancel MogU in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. For an Apple refund request, use Apple’s official purchase-support process.

If Google Play billed your subscription, open Google Play, select your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MogU, or use Google Play subscriptions on the web. Google handles Google Play refund requests under its policies.

If Stripe billed your web subscription, use the MogU web subscription management portal or the management link in your web purchase receipt. The portal supports cancellation, payment-method updates, and invoice history.

MogU support can help investigate entitlement access but cannot view your full payment card number or guarantee a refund.

Creator Portal support

Email MogU creator support at support@getmogu.app for creator support, privacy requests, account disconnection, or account deletion.

Use the official MogU Discord community or support channel associated with the Discord account you use for the Creator Portal. This lets the team verify that a request belongs to the correct creator without asking for a password or social-platform credential.

Include your Portal username and a safe way for the team to contact you. Never send passwords, access tokens, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or recovery codes.

Common Creator Portal requests

Account connection

Report a failed TikTok or Instagram connection, expired authorization, incorrect handle, or verification issue.

Verification recording

Report an interrupted or stuck audience-verification upload. MP4 and MOV files up to 2 GiB are accepted; selecting the same file within 24 hours can resume uploaded parts.

Video or metrics

Report a missing campaign submission, incorrect post association, delayed view count, or campaign eligibility question.

Earnings or payout

Ask about BASIC eligibility, verified earnings, payout status, or an incorrect payout destination.

Privacy request

Request access to, correction of, portability of, restriction of, or deletion of your creator information.

Disconnecting a creator social account

  1. Sign in to the Creator Portal.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Remove the connected TikTok or Instagram account.
  4. If the account was connected through platform authorization, you may also revoke MogU from the connected-app settings on that platform.

Disconnecting stops future authorized synchronization and queues provider-aware removal of both the private original and playback-optimized copy of the connected account’s audience-verification recording. MogU also attempts to abort an active resumable upload; Cloudflare R2 separately aborts abandoned incomplete uploads under its default seven-day safety rule. Removal by an external storage provider may not finish immediately and may be delayed by an authorized legal, dispute, or fraud hold recorded before deletion begins. Disconnecting does not automatically erase campaign, metric, fraud-prevention, or payment records that MogU must retain for legitimate program or legal purposes.

Requesting Creator Portal account deletion

  1. Contact official MogU creator support using the instructions above.
  2. State that you want to delete your MogU Creator Portal account.
  3. Send the request from, or be prepared to verify, the Discord identity associated with the Portal.
  4. Identify any connected TikTok or Instagram accounts so the team can locate the correct records.

After verification, MogU will remove or de-identify information that is not required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Where applicable law specifies a response period, we will respond within that period.

What creators should include in a support request

  • Your Discord username and Portal display name.
  • The platform and public handle involved.
  • A concise description of the issue or requested privacy right.
  • Relevant dates, campaign name, or video URL.
  • Screenshots with private credentials and financial details removed.
